1. Acceptance & scope
Manifest (“Manifest”, “the platform”) is a platform provided by Enkefalos Holdings Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) for authorised users only. By signing in you agree to these terms. Access is restricted to authorised company email addresses; Manifest is not offered to the public.
2. Your account & Manifest Key
You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding your Manifest Key. The key is shown once and is never stored by us; keep it in your password manager. Because the platform is zero-knowledge, a lost key can render your data unrecoverable except through the organisation's emergency recovery process. Do not share your credentials or key, and report any suspected compromise promptly.
3. Acceptable use
Use Manifest only for legitimate business purposes and in accordance with applicable law. Do not attempt to access data you are not authorised to see, probe or disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, or upload unlawful or malicious content. Data in Manifest is confidential — handle it accordingly.
4. Data ownership
The data you provide to the platform (“Customer Data”) remains yours. We do not own, sell, rent, or share Customer Data, and we acquire no rights in it beyond the limited licence needed to host and process it for you, on your instructions, while you use the platform.
We retain all rights in the Manifest platform and its software. We also own any anonymised and aggregated data, derivations, statistics, predictions, and models that we create from data processed on the platform, provided these do not identify you, any individual, or any organisation and cannot reasonably be used to reconstruct Customer Data. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the platform or such derivations to you.
5. Availability & changes
We aim to keep Manifest available but may modify, suspend, or perform maintenance on it at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, and our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the platform is limited to the fees (if any) paid for it in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
6. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or revoke access at any time — for example when your role changes or on suspected misuse. On termination your right to use Manifest ends; encrypted records are retained per the Privacy Policy and applicable records duties.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.
8. Contact
Questions about these terms? Contact your Manifest administrator, who will route your query to the operator, Enkefalos Holdings Ltd. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.
